Coffee Shops for cosy days in the Isle of Man
A cosy coffee with marshallows after a long walk is such a such a lovely Autumn treat.
It's even better with an open fire and somewhere to hang up your layers. A perfect opportunity for a good chat, or to curl up and read the paper.
Here are our favourite cafes in Port Erin, Port St Mary, Castletown and Ballasalla to while-away an afternoon doing just this.
Favourite cosy cafes
Located at Port Erin railway station, have a coffee in the original Victorian waiting room with a roaring fire, or the beautiful railway platform when the sun is out.
We love a coffee here after a hike from Port Erin promenade, and you can enjoy the incredible view over the bay. Afternoon tea is served to when booked in advance, and you could find a sheltered spot on their gorgeous terrace if the sun is out.
Enjoy a coffee or hot chocolate and rent an easel while you relax or mooch around the pop-ups showcasing local businesses.

A real favourite for us in Port St Mary, Cornerhouse Coffee, open for sitting in and takeaways with some seating in the sunshine overlooking the beach. Try the quiche (a must!).
