It's been a fabulous Spring and Summer season, and we are now taking bookings for Autumn.
We can help you fulfill your dreams of a holiday while you are at home, without the travelling, but far enough to feel like you are having a real break.
Staycations for Isle of Man Residents, UK guests, and our friends even further away!
2023 is also now open, should you decide you would like to plan ahead, and we do still have some summer holiday availability
The holiday cottages
Here is a taste of what you can find in the cottages. Two are in Port Erin, a vibrant town in the summer where everyone wants to be, and calm quiet and peaceful in the winter where you can take time to reflect and relax whilst still enjoying the beauty of the beach, walks, and eat at the beautiful restaurants and cafes.

Seaview

Seaview is a large quaint holiday cottage located on the lower promenade at Port Erin beach. There are three bedrooms, sleeping six in total. Each of these bedrooms has a wonderful view of the beach.
Work from home
Work from home in the second reception room located on the top floor for peace and quiet and fast WIFI. Downstairs you will find a cosy lounge with new furniture and Smart TV, Echo Dot, and fully equipped self-catering kitchen with a Range Cooker,.
A sunroom on the first floor at the back of the cottage leads up to a private garden with furniture and cushions, and a barbeque area.
Laundry and walking-boot drying room
With two full bathrooms, plus a downstairs WC, washroom, laundry and walking boot drying room, this is perfect home-from-home experience, looking straight at the beach
Both have ample storage for sports equipment, golf clubs and bicycles, and we provide a beautiful picnic basket with outdoor cutlery and crockery for days when you would like a walk to the headland and overlook the paddle-boarders, watch the sailing lessons and the windsurfers.
Seaview is a very special place to have a holiday, being in the centre of vibrant Port Erin life on the beach, whilst also being able to enjoy the privacy of a secluded garden terrace.

Moments from the beach, tucked away in a quiet lane with no passing traffic, in front of a footbridge and a stream that leads to the sea.
Ensuite bathrooms and desks
Set over four floors, with three beautifully decorated bedrooms on separate floors, two of which are en-suite. The third bedroom is located next to the family bathroom which also contains laundry facilities.
Open plan entertaining for groups
A sunny sociable open plan kitchen-lounge-diner has a large dining table, a Smart TV and a discreetly hidden XBox for times of need. A newly fitted fully self catering kitchen has a centre island for those all important coffees and pre-dinner drinks. Outside dining tables and chairs are found in the store to the rear of the house along with boot storage and storage for sports equipment.
Wifi is provided throughout the house, and there are desks in the bedrooms to enable you to work from home.

Castleview

A brand new renovation with Castletown Square on the doorstep, Castleview is next to the harbour and close to the beach, with a courtyard and incredible views of Castle Rushen, and a private parking space.
Ensuite bathrooms and additional sofabeds
Set over three floors, with three gorgeous bedrooms all of which are en-suite. Brand new kitchen and breakfast room, Smart TV, Alexa, and a large family suite so a family with little ones can all stay together.
Sunny inside outside eating
A new breakfast room leads out through floor-to-ceiling double doors to a bright courtyard perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Outside tables and chairs enable you to enjoy the piece and quiet whilst hearing Castle bells whilst being a stone's throw from all the action of bustling Castletown.
Fibre Wifi is provided throughout the house, and there are desks in the bedrooms to enable you to work from home.

Residential retreats
Autumn and Spring courses are coming up, and will be announced soon. If you are interested, please subscribe here to be added to our mailing list. They will include cookery workshops, floristry, herbalist, spa afternoons and meditation courses, along with guided walking packages.
Flexibility with booking around travel
We don't have set changeover days, we will work around you. So if your ferry sailing or flights are Thursday to Monday, we can arrange our cleaning schedule to suit you subject to availability in the cottages
We are regularly in touch with Isle of Man Steam-packet and airlines, and know the offers they are providing, so we can match with accommodation to suit those dates.
And for greater flexibility, just like the Steam-packet, we also waive amendment fees if you need to change your travel dates due to COVID 19 Government imposed restrictions, or full refunds are available should this happen.
Both of our "book with confidence" policies are in line to give you peace of mind during uncertain times, and we can't wait for your visit.
